That investor has cleared a bit of the land, painted three buildings red, removed a couple of trailers by destroying them on site (if there is still rubbish there in September I'm reporting him to code control), and now lists the property at.....drum roll.....$450k.

If you want to be serious TK player - you obviously will have to do a lot of initial effort and investment until you become "established TK provider". 

I live 2 hours from redding.

When I started homeaway didn't exist ... vrbo was the "senior" player.  

My original post is just to see if anyone in my market might have any insight, point out a red flag. 

Try and hone your 'red flag' skills while showing the property.

We recently inquired with Freedom Mentor, until red flags started popping up and we found it to be a scam.

What red flags would there with this if any??

For me, getting pumped up from reading a post about someone making 25k off their flip is great but it's a little like a Red Bull sugar rush... it's great while it lasts, but in a little while, I need to find more to get back to that feeling again.
