I was recently speaking to someone who owned a vacation condo in Hawaii and was quite shocked to hear that his property management company charges him 50% of his rental income.

Quite frankly I own property in an area that is lower-class and credit alone cannot be the determining factor.

I had it at 640 two years ago but young spending habits caught up to me and I just recently started working after quitting my last job and not rushing to find a new one (which was stupid).

I want to listen to something while I'm banging away at my computer and these will work out quite nicely.

I just bought a house in a new subdivision because the area was well isolated and quite.

And find out after 9 or 10 years that your making a great income with plenty of referral business and doing quite well.Or, you could really hate it, see it only as a means to and end, work only minimal hours, cut corners, run from the phone, don't respond to inquiries immediately, treat clients like bags of groceries.

Update: Over the last few days I have been using Google Finance quite often and I have to say that some of its features are very cool.

You have more than enough captial and could do quite a bit of good for yourself.
