Just because you may win more by getting a really good deal doesn't mean that they can't win by avoiding forclosure and having an option to get out of the situation they were in.I think one reason the books say to look for the win win is just to get you to really listen to their situation so you can make your offer meet their needs enough to accept it.

I started reading about real estate about a month ago and have gone through 5 books and am really excited about it.I am currently an accounting major at a pretty big school.
