I would also advise looking into a commercial loan where you do a "Blanket loan" and consolidate 3-5 properties into one (1) commercial loan that does not report to credit.If you refinance to take cash out the rate will be higher but rates will be back down in less than 3 years so its not a long term rate change.

The lawyer needs to file an action with the court and then advertise that there is a hearing about this property for a period of time so that anyone who has interest in the property will know to come forward for the hearing.

I want to talk to all the banks I can about refinancing options, the bank we have our current mortgage in is Ibercaja and they are not too helpful, if anyone could share info on the most investor-friendly banks in Spain and also serious private lenders (without so many referalls and other like minded investors to ask about lenders as in other countries I find it hard to trust the advertising of private loans you see everywhere) it would be helpful also.
