I would like to be able to occupy the property for 1 week every 4-6 months, which they agree to (with enough notice on dates) as they have to travel for work at times and could easily vacate during these periods.Has anyone written this sort of agreement into a lease?

More than likely the owner will have to entice the tenant to move by offering them some compensation.

I would like to get something setup to help connect all of the different teams you would need to do a full job from finance to maintenance and everything in between.

I should have used templates and calculate using things like the dea analysis and offered a lower purchase offer, and negotiate better loan terms.

Although building out the ADU could have increased the value, the opportunity to hit the summer market and sell quickly worked out well for us.

I’ll likely close on the property around early November and it will need small cosmetic updates, maybe a new deck, and of course new furniture set up.
