I am still bullish on the housing market on a macro level so if I were to sell it would be a decision based on a micro level. 

I only buy properties where house hack and I have the ability to STR/MTR.

Me and my husband would like to purchase a property - single family house 3 -4 bedrooms to do airbnb in San Antonio, Texas. 

In most jurisdictions if house is over 15 years old it will be rent controlled once it is 2 units).

We have a housing shortage, so that helps too.Of course this is not easy and requires extra effort.
