I know it is terrible trying to find a decent job, however isn't having some job better than having no job/income?

The amount of time, money, eye-rolling and terrible service is something to behold. 

She has terrible asthma and that has me under the weather.

And the elderly father issue - kinda feel terrible about possibly kicking him out of his home at 92 years old..   

It is worth considering, however, the wisdom of the cash flow discussion and particularly the contingencies of short term, unforeseen costs, because without a property or with a property in terrible disrepair, there really is no equity.To all the other commenters, it is a reassuring moment to realize this community isn't just a bunch of flame-throwing trolls who want to one-up each other with comments and braggadocio. 

Financially its great but terrible for starting another career lol.

Definitely not a terrible deal in Tucson for what we are seeing in the multifamily offerings lately.

There was one time when the caller was terrible (clearly a newbie starting out) so I gave him a few pointers on how to better get the attention of the seller.

Laws are terrible and the prices are too high for entry, although I would be happy to be convinced otherwise).I understand this site has calculators that can help me make my case but I am wondering from the jump if my thinking is off on this.Looking forward to being part of the community!
