I strongly believe the droid is a far better product unless your 60 yrs old just learning a smart phone and need the most simple platform.

Fountain Square now has a brewery, ice cream shop, multiple music venues, art museum, the cultural trail, etc, etc...    

You can then re-shop the deal to another buyer with no taxes due if this one backs out.

We are actively looking for opportunities in the west and south suburbs of Chicago.I was at the PCA even too, I was in my Audi S4 my 997 Turbo, was in the shop still.  

Have been trying to negotiate a lease in a shopping center to open a retail store.  

If I get my PAYDEX score up, ill start shopping, then they start coming after me.

O have since remarried and she suggestedcreating a rental/ flipping dynasty (I love her).I have to do this smartly.
