Are there any other books or training materials that you would recommend to someone new?

I see you're a Realtor In Baltimore, are there any training, seminars that you would recommend that would have valuable info regarding my interest? 

I went into the property management software that I had been trained on and saw the payment had been entered in the system four days later than what the receipt read.

His assertion was that as I am not a licensed RE agent, I can’t deduct any training or tools expenses in 2018 considering I don’t have any RE based income in 2018, however once I have rental income to report in 2019 taxes, then all these expenses can be deducted.

Remember many REIA’s have speakers about the topic for the night and want you to buy there training.

While in the Marines, I learned that training is a must before taking action. 

I go around and find used cabinets CHEAP or free and pay tenants to carry them up all the stairs and I have a tenant trained at refinishing them with the rustoleum kit.

Focus on my strengths I already have and build momentum and traction to get this train running.
