I'm so glad I took the leap of faith and now have a couple of rentals.

I am about to graduate from Stamford UConn with a Finance degree and hope to start investing in rental properties in either Norwalk or Stratford.

I started in Real Estate investing in 2013 when my daughter went to college ( first investment was student rental), i still own that house and several others in the town, not all student rentals. i look at this as my retirement in the near future and my kids inheritance should i ever pass.

I just purchased two rental properties in OH last year.

Especially if they don't have rental history together.  

Sounds like an agency guy to me ;)

I like to keep in mind all these builders that are doing new builds for rental property buyers they cant put anymore into the homes and make the numbers work than they are doing basically they have to build to minimum UBC codes and beat the crap out of sub pricing so you get what you pay for no doubt..

The rental income minus the mortgages has me in the red around $450 a month.
