In true Arbitrage, you also furnish and remodeled to make it viable for the short term rental market.I don't find myself agreeing with that assessment, because as the buyer said he made some mistakes.

Builders and remodelers are so busy right now in Utah.  

I have some experience with Remodel.

So my buyer now has a complete remodel on a million dollar home with a 5.5k sq ft lot.

So I'm remodeling the kitchen in my first rental.

This next property I'm moving into will need new flooring/paint/kitchen remodel among others, and I'm looking for suggestions on your favorite LVP or other flooring that's the best value for quality and price, and recommended colors for rental properties to paint, along with best value for kitchen cabinetry options. 

Looking for clean up crew, everything, that has to do with remodeling a home.

Lot of the good deals will be because you have a better understanding of the rent values or can repair/remodel cheaper then other people.
