I would ask a PM in the local area who pays the taxes, sometimes the OTA's charge it to the guests but some places require the host to pay it.

Generally they're not going to call your note if you've been living there for several years; they likely are reselling your loan to the government, which requires certain residency.

So even if you have the same tenant without turning over, your property will be inspected every other year, and you will be required to make repairs, that with a market tenant would not have otherwise been required until turn.
