I definitely understand how making this a mass strategy could get you into trouble.

Agents and NAR and the MLS keep tripping over themselves when critical mass has built up enough that in 5 years time it is going to be a much different landscape.

I do not believe the fed will allow the mass evictions or foreclosures we saw in 2009.  

Good point - commercial brokers tend to pocket their listings or handshake deals before they hit the market. a mass mailing, that looks personal to reach those brokers may help you.  

Gee, what a surprise...Within the next 3 weeks, most of 'em will get MORE cash to burn, that'll be gone by Q3 at the latest.Somebody'd better stock up on morphine for the sheep, it's gonna be a rough summer/fall for the masses.

Im super new and don't know how to find "subject to" I work full time so anything that requires a lot of time like driving around or mass calling is difficult for me.
