Morning everyone,I have a small dilemma that I need to solve.

I was just talking to a property owner this morning about buying so/all of his 10 units that he only wants to sell with seller financing.

I have never heard of this before.I actually made an all-cash offer this morning on this for 25K.

Don't be anxious to part with your money.

She has even bothered us after our business hours (7pm) wanting stuff done now and seemingly demanding it even though weve told her over and over the same thing that at 7 PM we are getting ready to eat, and then sleep because we get up at 3 in the morning to get ready for work.

They asked if I could look at it Sunday morning, and I said yes, but that I could also come over that night if they wanted. 

I'm very anxious, up until now I was told that the tenants were good.

@Joseph Franklyn McElroyI ran a quick search on Airdna and Airbnb this morning- there definitely is a market that you can tap into to raise prices on the one bedrooms to $150/night.But, if you haven't done so, I'd start with doing segmentation on your parent's guest history to understand why folks come there and determine your target market and survey them for their willingness to pay.The concept is actually very simple, and it's been done in pockets throughout Western NC.
