@Ali Boone I've seen low to mid 200's for condos and houses and even lower for mobile homes and manufactured homes.

Personally, I've been investing in mobile homes since 2007.

I've seen some travel nurses have a W2 through a placement/staffing agency whereas others are 1099.

The app is user-friendly on mobile for field teams (cleaners/handymen), you can create your own checklists, or use the provided templates.

It has been a while since Mobile Home Parks were at a 10 cap.
