It’s property Incased in metal electric tubing with those thicker boxes for light switches, plugs, etc. you are right in that there might not be enough slack to go inside the wall but it might be possible as I remember the plugs being a foot or so above the baseboards.If I was to help the electrician fish everything, I am above average in labor, what do you think a ball park would be?

For homes that have been held by the same owner for 35 years, sometimes it is easier to get them moved out, clean them head to toe and just put it on the market like that and get the most you can for an older house that someone else will do all the work on.

CoreLogic has paid the taxes since 2011, and the original mortgage was held by a bank that was absorbed by another bank in 2014 and that bank was subsequently taken over by yet another bank, but there seems to be no record of the mortgage holder now.
