The only thing that gets publicly recorded here are the Articles of Incorporation (at the state level) and the Declaration (at the county level), which are very broad documents and don't go into individual rules.The By-Laws and the Rules and Regulations (which is the meat of how the HOA works and where you would find things like prohibitions against STR) are private documents and change quite frequently.

i 've started real estate business in previous 6 months.i am in 30 now.i can't buy property but i rented a house. i has 1 Br/1Ba with 2 floors.it cost 3240000 kyats per year and brokage fee is 270000 kyats.As Renovation cost for making 6 rooms is nearly 1000000 kyats.These rooms has nearly 10 square feet.i rent them with 80000 kyats for 3 ground floors and 70000 kyats for second floors.it's pay me back good cashflow.for now, some investor invest my business.i am leading to do housing rental service in myanamar.i am obey richdad rules.i have no mentor in this field.so pls help me at all cost.

You can try explaining to your tenant that setting the thermostat down to 50 degrees when it's 99 degrees outside is not EVER going to get the inside down to a meat locker temp of 50 degrees.

I know other investors who are doing great on cash flow by purchasing low income rentals, but that does not interest me at the moment.
