Hello everyone,I wanted to ask if anyone have an referrals for a few general contractors and property management in Columbus, OH, and Cincinnati, OH?

that we’ve learned in our 24 years, managing almost 700 doors across the Metro Detroit area, including almost 100 S8 leases.

I'm an agent, but I work with lots of wholesalers- I work with the escrow agents who manage all of my deals to get my clients lists that are more specific and not public record.

However, only take on credit you need and can manage.7.

I work with property management and real estate agents. 

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated as we evaluate the best strategy for managing our reserves.Thanks in advance for your help!

Property Management:I have a property management company that has been difficult to get updates from.

I would like to know if the Alabama LLC must be created as a subsidiary of my WY LLC since the business address/registered agent is in WY or I have to use an AL registered agent to create the AL LLC that is going to own and manage the property.

It's likely they aren't including all expenses including property management, taxes, insurance, mortgage payment, and capex/vacancy/repairs holdback. 

**Property Management Recommendations:** Could anyone recommend reliable property management companies in the Nashville area?
