Starting a new post that I hope would gain some traction here as I haven't seen anything posted on the topic in a while (unless I overlooked).After doing some research, it seems that purchasing a seller financed property could result in a great deal for both parties.

Talking with my lawyer, he tells me there are implications where a licensed agent can fall into legal trouble and possibly lose their license if they are involved within the fix/flip deal? 

I could be wrong here so I'd hope for you that the repair estimate is being used to negotiate the purchase price down.Curious to know what other members of the BP community feel about this.All the best to you on your first deal!

@Gabe MorrellGets tons of hype and attention but it is not easy at all and if not done properly there can be significant legal ramificationsI recommend people should have done 10 deals by themselves before considering using other peoples moneyProve the theory that you can do it without losing your own money before putting other peoples money on the line
