Have you observed runoff patterns while it is pouring down rain?

Why is that a lien against the property instead of a judgement against the owner of record if they are the delinquent parent? 

@Kellie Ellsworth I guess it's really a personal judgement...I have a feeling by posting it, you really don't want to buy a different shovel.

I have a guy under contract who has tons of liens and judgements against his property.

My contractors tell me the way she talks about me when i am not around The property gets a tiny bit of water( small puddle) once or twice a year when we are in the rainy seasons, from driving rain i get water in my basement and i know most people do we are between two rivers low lying area.

The day after the judgement we moved to LTR and then sold it because the condo board president was insane.

I hear your concern about the local inventory so keep that on the back burner and don't let it cloud your judgement. :)Personally this seems like a great idea to me as long as it can make you money, expand your business and keep you living and working in an awesome area!
