The second call is from my insurance agent upset that I have apparently “signed over the Hartford quote they obtained” to my management company’s insurance agent.  

You can either send them a letter, or go up and knock.Now, you may or may not have been aware of all these strategies, but what's really important is that the point I'm emphasizing is HUSTLE.

I have done the work to close on the home in a great market and my strategy is buy and hold.

This strategy requires a lot more work. 4 individual leases, home rules, and common area rules.

Are they worth it… every year people waste money on car insurance, home insurance, and medical insurance….

Not a building strategy, we buy them as SFH and rent as is to partner group organizations.
