There is a  huge amount of info to soak up but the environment here encourages you to move forward.

@Charlie Fitzgerald  NO kidding sub 5% for non owner occ.. we are all spoiled in this low interest environment when someone want to know if sub 5% is too high with 15% down LOL....

So based on that and the environment we are in today.. most HML want as much if not more skin in the game than a conventional lender .. etc etc.

Its in incredible fast growing city .Living there you would know what I mean.
