So I can pay cash for the next deal and get out from under interest payments, or do I keep them as a slow burn, unfortunately I'm kind of tapped out while I have these two places, and any other house purchasing would have to come from the profits off these places.

Bill never gave Kevin an Agency Disclosure form nor spoke to Kevin about Dual Agency and any kind of Agency disclosure was never signed.A Contract of Sale was faxed to Kevin from the Seller, let's call him Mike.In June 2017, Kevin reviewed and signed a Contract of Sale as the Purchaser for a Property in Brooklyn, NY and put down close to $400k for the Deposit on Contract (Earnest Money).

I have wasted allot of money in delays because I am not there so I advise waiting for that kind of investing and only go with turn key places already in motion.....best of luck...By the Way, 1-4 plex can be used for a VA loan so long as you or your wife owner occupy...

It’s less hassle, there’s no out-of-pocket money for rehab, there’s no risk of the ARV appraisal coming in low (soooooo many threads on this are sitting on BP), etc.Buying this kind of property is boring, less active, the “story” isn’t fun, there’s nothing sexy about locking in a low interest rate, etc.

I use Cozy.....but if you weren't happy with Smartmove, you many not like Cozy either....kind of same concept....everything is filled out online by the tenant unless you want to input all the data and collect the fee etc
