Possibly low for FL, but not low for a normal AC.Even if it was dust causing the AC to not work, which I extremely highly doubt, prove it wasn't built up dust from prior years. 

But if your interest rates on the debt are high, you may want to use some of the money you've saved for the down payment, to pay the debt down.  

They had a large, beautiful camper parked in Yellowstone National Park where spaces are in high demand.
