The biggest reason I am keeping a large portion as carpet in my upper units is because of the noise.

And ONLY make first position loans.. there is a bunch of White noise going around in the Pace Morby community about gap funding ( 2nds or 3rds) and or Gator lending they call it .. those are highly risky.

Any one ever deal with an invasion of frogs and the noise pollution they create?

I see people whining about it on social media all the time and it just grinds my gears though.

If you ignore all the noise, I was just trying to confirm that a person can have an ownership on a property even though he/she is not on the title or loan. 

Kicking out the guys who make too much noise, dump fluids, park excess trucks, leave trash, empty beer bottles, yep. its a lot of fun!
