@Clark JarstferAfter lots of research and weeding thru the scams one of my friends gave me contact info for a money broker out of Ca who does emd funding and some small gap and bridgeIts not the full funding but when starting out it definitely helps and he takes repayment after close with no upfront fees on emd and the others can be extended out to 90 days, but on anything other then emd it must be a solid deal loan to value needs to be there.

So many new real estate investors contact companies like this because they drank the kool-aid that so many of these education companies and real estate schools have sold them and they really believe in the 100% financing scams.

That's the easiest way to get scammed.)And when you call him see if he says his business name when he picks up, or if he does a shady " hello who is this?"

So he decided to get the 100% financing system and I promise you not even a scammer claiming to be from the IRS could've scammed us like how we got scammed from DoHardMoney.

I politely asked for the requested license number and award verification, but they still refuse.it's a huge scam.
