Only option, which is probably not feasible, would be to just sell your car; I don't think that is a good idea just for a house.Personally I would just take this as a sign and just wait it out.

That would be a pretty hard sell here in Fresno, obviously you are somewhere where even considering these numbers must be feasible , it's just hard to imagine.

@SteveDove - I agree with @hakchinoyyou in that you should evaluate the feasibility of refinancing your existing properties into a commercial blanket loan to get them off your credit report.
