I have been debating on renting an apartment, however that will cut back on my available money to pay debt down quickly, and to save money quickly.

To me a lot of the debate on health care reform can be divide by one word RESPONSIBILITY.

The debate is not the fact but whether or not it is man-made.

Just curious if anyone has any first hand knowledge of legal or court decisions that hold whether installed appliances like Refrigerator, built in microwave, gas range, dishwasher would be considered "personal property" in a foreclosure situation.In other words, are they legal for the outgoing owner to strip from a home after a foreclosure auction.I know we could debate this, but I am looking for any actual legally tested situations you are aware of.Thanks

I am sure you can not say that you have successfully closed 100% of short sale transactions so this scenario must have come up before.By the way,in debates back and forth such as this, nobody can see facial expressions or tones of voice, it is just text, as such, sometimes misunderstandings take place and I wanted to be clear that I am enjoying our converstaion back and forth, I am not attempting to argue with you.
