My problem IS however with calling the city, the water department, gas and electric, code enforcement, lead registrations, property registration...Everyone in baltimore has their hands out, and when you call, you're NOT dealing with professional people, half of them are real "ghetto" and give terrible customer service, or they are just plain not bright --its like they can't problem-solve to save their lives.

Annoyed that I couldnt afford to live in CA, my wife and 1 year old moved to KCMO and bought a duplex.A near and dear friend from my church hinted of the fact of checking out RDPD by Kiyosaki, and thats when I made my commitment to become a full time REI by the time I hit 30.Looking forward to meeting people, and learning how I can help out the REI community.

City Rehab Estimates : I would use as basic guide line of correct city outstanding code issue.After purchase is completed contact brew city code department : ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - let them know your new owner of record - request to be taking off of month to month city inspections - City inspector will check on the property after 3 months for progress, 5th month you would receive a warning for outstanding issues, and sixth month you will be fined for outstanding issues Moral -> try to resolve any outstanding issues in the first 3 months
