It’s a quiet dead end street so there is plenty of street parking.

Anything but passive until perhaps you invest....then the money is dead for 2-3-5-7-10 years....and you perhaps are reading a 5 min report each month and then checking to make sure at some point deposits are hitting your account.   

I too have been thinking about that area… every time I drive through it feels dead.

If I were you and was dead set on selling these here is what I would do.1)  list them on MLS for retail value2) list them on FSBO, craiglist, the marketplace here and any other website where you can list them.

I also believe Direct Mail Marketing is dead and its just throwing your money away.
