He keeps a briefcase guy with him at all times.I Mark, am the lady with the purse full of cash....or well at least I was the first time, because the banks were closed that Monday before the sale and the only thing I could do was run around to one Western Union after the next transferring cash from my accounts.I got it together on my next auction and got cashier's checks for up to the minimum bid and then a purse full of cash for my cut-off..lol.

Then he decided to get greedy so I had to cut him out...being that he also uses an automated software to do taxes... but of course you don't also use an automated accounting software.....As far as a doctors opinion, WebMD anyone?

People can say the tenant pays it, private meters, blah, blah.I only count landlord does not pay water if it's a direct meter to the tenant by the water company and if they do not pay the city or county cuts the unit off.

The power company would then transfer to the landlord without telling and you get socked with a huge bill for hundreds of dollars.After this happened one time I quickly changed to when tenants power gets cut off in their name for non payment it does not revert to me the landlord.
