For me personally, I am an unmarried young man with no children and no big expenses.

They charge massive amounts of fees and the homeowner has nothing left to pass down to their children/grandchildren/etc.There may be some instances where a program such as this would be beneficial, but I feel, from an investor's standpoint, that it should be a last resort.

They will cry about parents who share their wealth with their children, perceiving them to be unworthy.

However, I would think there would be a great enough age gap between most parents and children that the daughter shouldn't be able to pass herself off as the mother without arousing suspicion.  

My niece is about to turn 20, her parents got married, are super soul mates, and had 2 more natural children and 2 adopted.   

Do you have MANY families that need care for their 4month-3 year old children? 

We are anonomyous also--corporate mail box, voice mail, we insist they contact us by email (for a written record)--the ones that do not have email o, we mail a memo of all telephone agreements on our corporat3e letterhead--I always say I am a property manager--you learn alot of things if they do not know you are the owner--I found out someone had six children and two Newfoundland dogs which was not disclosed in their application--they asked me "not to tell the owner".

Contractors, for the most part have to be watched like small children I have found. 

Single moms with young children can be evicted if they are not paying rent, just as any other tenants can be.
