Being a military brat, I've seen it all and as a divorcee with kids on my lap and NO child support back in my struggling days, I bought a mobile for $4,000 (I felt safer in a gated community), it was just me and 3 kids under the age of 8, the folks that sold it to me needed a down-payment for a home they were buying (I was the listing agent), I was in escrow on one of my flips, at that time I would buy, move-in, repair, and then flip, so it was a win-win.I think that it would be a good deal if you have done your due diligence.Best of Luck!
