Finally around 1:30 am a tow truck company came out... told me get the car ready, he turned around, my buddy from the WEst side came out around 12 to make sure I was alright, we pushed the car onto the tow truck.. the driver strapped it and we were gone in about 10 minutes.He told me I was an idiot and he almost didnt stop.

Got notified of this property on MLS, Federico was not available as he was travelling out of state but he managed to get his buddy at Holton Wise to check out over weekend and we made a strong offer within 3 days of it being on market.

My buddy does all his flips with them as well and really gets a great response.

I have two buddies of mine in NJ that invest their money on rentals down here and so far so good. 

He, an engineer, also did many small repairs, just asking for materials to be covered.Check his job.Cheers,Buddy

It's when the tide goes out (and it hasn't in a loooong while) that we'll see whose been skinny dipping.My buddy didn't think he was over-leveraged when he took out a 1-yr HML for a high end flip last Feb.
