If you chose to reinvest that money you should be able to make it make much more than $800/month.An alternative approach if you strongly believe that future value will be much higher would be to harvest the equity and keep the property, but the new mortgage would essentially destroy your cash flow.

Ceiling fan in bathroom looks like it needs to be changed looks like moisture from when he showers builds up and causes ceiling to peel the paint off and third he said his electric stove doesn’t work he said he has told the previous landlord multiple times about these problems and he never fixed them.
