In Phoenix, property taxes are based on assessed values (which can differ from market value).There are published tax rates that we apply to the assessed values to calculate real estate taxes.

I'm starting this post as a constant reminder to myself, that I WILL get that first deal done, and as a tracker of my progress.

Wholesaling seems like a natural progression Negotiating is fun and construction can be maddening at times.

Don't get me wrong, I personally bought a few homes sight unseen, but these were exceptions - I knew the area extremely well, my local broker has done multiple deals with me in the past so I could rely on his assessment, and I already budgeted $xxx to fix random things that could show up in buying a home sight unseen.I invest out of state.

Tax Assessments for 2014 for property $432kFirst I  would like to buy and keep for long term  strategy with a refi on property to fix  .

Who can take pictures and give me an assessment of the home including pictures?

When I pulled up tax assessment online it said taxes was past due for 2013.
