Would something similar to that like animal infestation be written or included in a Landlord/ Tenant contract or Lease?

Because if they dont clean out animal pee and poop right away, vinyl planks can get damaged...At least if there is tile then I can wash the flooring with bleach...

I am looking to house hack after college and these are all great considerations to have when doing a house hack, especially the animal aspect as well.

It's tough though, by and large Section 8 tenants are absolute animals.

Caged animals are charged per cage/aquarium.

You do have to consider allowing a support animal even if the tenant does not disclose the animal up front, but that was not the case here.

The Tenant shall abide by all laws of the city of Virginia Beach, Virginia and any local, municipal, or administrative ordinances or regulations with respect to keeping and maintaining live animals, including those governing spaying, neutering, vaccinations, and licensing.

People are under the impression that this procedure will "calm down animals" or make them less   _____fill in the blank_____  The evidence is thin but that's not my question.  

No, but my Pet Addendum clearly states they are not allowed to breed the animals.Do you plan to personally inspect every animal to ensure it's spayed/neutered?
