I was looking to buy a 4+  bedroom primary residence with a VA loan, but I will look into this option also

We bought our first house turned investment in Virginia Beach in Oct. 2011.

I did my first flip in San Antonio from Virginia last year, which was a bit rockier than I would have loved.

VA has a program that allows veteran home owners to customize their houses to allow wheelchairs and handrails. 

We just bought our second house here in Woodbridge Va.

Now, if Fannie and Freddie and HUD and FHA, VA and heck, throw in USDA have changed underwriting rules, I'd love to hear that, love it more to see it, where, for loan purposes they will accept a verification of market rents in the past.

He's a mortgage underwriter in Virginia who is also a real estate investor.
