I did a lot of side work as a Production Assistant behind the scenes on TV shows like "Storage Wars" and "ESPN Sport Science"... basically just a big guy to have on set to do all the lifting and grunt work.

Now, I'm not an astronaut and I've never been in space, but I've seen them on TV and in the movies and I have flown in the air, so I'm qualified to give you this advice.Then comes the RE investor: Let me advise you on the benefits of taking the RE class and getting a license, I've never been through the class, never had a license, but I have bought and sold RE and can tell you all about it!

Actually it IS cheap if it helps you REALLY get started making money in real estate - and that kind of professional is MUCH less expensive than a $25,000 weekend course which features a bus trip with a smelly long-haired burned-out reality TV star.And you don't want to give 50% of your profits for the next 20 years to some info-marketer based in Phoenix.
