Don't get me wrong... we just lived through the lemmings reading about how great real estate investing was... and once all of the get-rich-quick crowd entered the market we saw how that worked out.Yet... after reading this article, I am convinced that the authors just like the magazines are only pouring more koolaid for their thirsty readers...Leaving the real estate investment field un-encumbered for those who are informed.

After attending one of his introductory seminars, my interest in real estate was heightened, I read every book I could on real estate and joined the local RAND Club, which eventually joined with another club to for the RICH club in Houston Texas (still one of the most successful clubs with over 1000 members.
