There is finally now some communication and I need advice on what to ask for to make sure I will be paid fairly.The first property I invested in (with the same company) paid well after 2 years without any problems so I chose another apartment building to invest in with them.I did not receive info about how many partner/investors there are or the percentage I own of the LLC.

So what everyone must do is look at the scope of your tenants, stay as informed as possible about the economic impact your tenant may be experiencing and keep the lines of communication open as possible and be as forward-thinking as possible about solutions to what is going to a monumental collapse.

Im not sure if the question involves with the virus going on  but if it is then I would hope that the tenant would let me know that he or she can't pay the rent  so then  I would communicate with the bank where I have the mortgage and request a forbearance.
