Due to unforeseen medical issues, both homes need to be sold as-is and fairly quickly.

Hi, I had a short sale approved thru Wells and the seller is current on mtg but showed a financial and medical hardship.

They seem normal at first because they are on medication to treat the symptoms instead of the problem.

Medical issues with our son is pushing us to move to sea level.

And I have a severe allergy to mold so I am on medications right now.
