Hi, I've found BiggerPockets to be a nice online resource for learning about syndication, however in my research I haven't yet found the right deal structure that fits my situation. 

I have an arsenol of private, commercial and institutional lenders of which to choose from that allows me to pick and choose which fit each client's needs and abilities to meet the debt requirement.

Which sucks because I think turnkeys are a great option for the people they're the right fit for (me being one of them).

Someone who has all the legalities and processes already worked out and of course someone who finds properties that fit into my buy box.
