There was a review of rental history, but it only shows 9 months (not the full year) and there wasn't a phone call to the landlord to question that, since the assumption is that the landlord wouldn't divulge any negative information.

@Amy Raye RogersYou already got a good response.The only thing I will add is that you need to keep track of the mileage driven for the vehicle on an annual basis.I would recommend downloading an app that you can have on your phone which can track your business / personal usage.Best of luck

The PM emailed me back earlier and told me that I can choose the cash for keys but the tenant isn't answering the phone and doesn't answer the door when they went there.What do you guys think?
