The value of a turnkey company is they do a majority of the legwork for you, so in theory that's either because your time is better spent doing something else or you lack the skill set/networking to tackle a project like that.If neither of these applies, then you're better off doing it yourself.

In NZ values are so high having someone who knows what they are doing look over every deal is worth every cent as so much money is at stake.The basic skills required for NZ and the USA are exactly the same. 

It will help you improve your skills on analyzing properties and you will also be able to develop relationships with local realtors and wholesalers.

I cannot speak to their knowledge or skills in the business but I have seen them do deals there. 

They can put together things that work well, show you pictures and maybe even draw you a picture.Visualization is a skill and not necessarily a natural talent.
