So, when you take on the full-time psychological responsibility (real, no bs hands on support, not crappy "go look on page etc, etc") of a student and only received a portion of the funds, it can become a rough business to continue if you're the only one making money.However, I brought the course back for next to nothing because, and I mean this with all sincerity, I started to see some people (who's names I will not mention) teaching lease option assignments on a national level.

@Tyrus Shivers From what I've read and heard about the degree, it looks like once you go beyond the accounting portion of it, it becomes very specific to real estate so it does sound rather limiting if I change my mind later on.
