My suggestion would be to write down "7 days smoke free", "8 days smoke free", etc.... and see the visual evidence of your progress every day when you look in the mirror.

I am a numbers guy, not a visual type person.

The word that got the **** treatment in the message above is loan.The guy asked about owner-financing and I referred him to a local company that services owner finance notes.

My thought when purchasing the home was that I would subtract the estimated costs to fix the visual problems with the house...which I did.

A contractor on the other hand is going to tell you what they think needs to be done, but is going to do a visual walk through with you listen to what you want to do, and not worry about the smaller finishes or try to figure thing out.For instance last week I did an inspection for a local flipper and found moisture in the framing of all the windows.  

They provided everything - window treatments, bath towels, hung pictures.. everything.  

When selling investment property (rentals) I've never had a problem with being a career flipper jeopardizing my capital gain treatment when it was applicable. 

They should visually reinforce the topic while allowing you to cut down the word count.Take a look at what some other FB marketers are doing - including their post formatting.
