If yes, what is the usual inclusions and rate?

I currently own a townhouse in Natick with a low mortgage rate and am considering buying another home to move into for 2-3 years, then probably renting it out.

The security deposit was about 1.5x monthly rent..... the PM attempted to collect the final rent payment but was unsuccessful.....Now according to the property management company they need to technically apply the security deposit to the rent (according to them is part of some sort of fair housing law or something etc.) vs applying it to the damage caused by the tenant. 

My four-square numbers at current rates are discouraging. 

or they just care about the house being "liveable"?

If the house is too old then I’m not sure what I can do.

Beloit does house some large, well-paying corporations and lots of construction for new businesses in the business park off gateway blvd though, that have the potential to bring in larger amounts of quality tenants.
