It's stressful but usually possible.

Losing offers, losing money, bad contractors, bad investments, unexpected guests like squatters and thieves, expecting the unexpected, stress, headaches, anxiety, xanex lol etc. is something a guru can not teach you.

Many people will stress out right before the test, I was somehow quite relaxed because I went in prepared.

I would then stress on the tenant that moving forward they need to air out the bathroom and clean it correctly, otherwise the cleaning cost will fall back on them moving forward.

Stress is entirely mental, managing stress is a learned skill like any other. 

This puts the seller on notice that, before the close of escrow, they are to fill out a separate contract for each tenant stating where the deposit goes, what the rent is going to be with the new landlord, etc (in other words, everything you are stressing about now).  

I should stress, this is for turnkey.  

Thank you Steven for some hopeful re-assurance in the middle of a lot of stress. :)Given that I've provided free rent, relief of late fees, free things, and paid for energy, I am hoping that they are decent enough people to simply move out, and be happy with the fact that they were the beneficiary of a lot of things. 

It's actually pretty stressful and my mind runs to all the various ways it can play out. 

Have you considered reaching out to the WEND society/association to see if there are any big changes/development coming in the next year or so?
