We have a section in my town that has some older homes with first floors rented out to insurance agents, barber shops, etc. and then the upstairs are rented to individuals to live in.My personal opinion is that as long as you are legally allowed to continue renting it out to live in, why change it.

Many investors go out shopping for what they think is the cheapest money so that they can make the biggest profit possible.

I dont think any of us really try to rent to dirt bags.

Its seems general contractors are the preverbal punching bag as to what Detroit is too investing.

It's also close to trendy restaurants, bars, shopping, farmers markets, and coffee shops.

To further go shopping for furniture & interior wall decor & interviewing a contractor also seem like big expensive tasks.

A month later I was drinking coffee and a broker asked me how the hell I got that house for 47 when she had a buyer at 59k similar terms...she was yelling in the coffee shop like a lunatic.

The commission structure at a big bank will not be as great as you working for a smaller shop, but good benefits.All that being said, are you sure you want to be a MLO right now?
